Modified low mount turbo setups often suffer from turbo to manifold nuts coming loose due to the weight & vibrations from the exhaust.
These lock tabs are used by OEM manufacturers to stop this from happening and are by far the best solution. No locking nuts or bolts required!

Before installation: Engine oil and oil filter must be replaced. Turbo oil-feed line must be removed and thoroughly flushed to ensure there is no debris.
